Heard both the sides.

The petitioners herein, have been entitled to have reimbursement of tuition fees and allied expenses pursuant to the Government policy being wards of secondary teacher.

The contempt proceedings have been initiated for respondents to comply with the directions.

Subsequently the amount has been deposited by the respondents. By way of these applications, the respective petitioners are seeking that they may be permitted to withdraw the amount.

Though it is being submitted that the respondents intend to take the matter to the Supreme Court, nothing tangible is coming-forth. 6.

The applications are allowed. The respective petitioners are allowed to withdraw the amount subject to their executing an undertaking to this Court that in case so ordered, they would refund the money to be received by them.
