Mr.Deshpande, learned counsel submits that the present application is filed for recall of the order issuing bailable warrant to the present applicant. Learned counsel submits that he was instructed to appear in the matter but for domestic reason, he could not appear in the Court and had filed leave note. He had made necessary arrangement but the advocate who has been instructed by him at the relevant time was engaged in another Court.

Considering the reasons, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The Civil Application is disposed of.
