This is an application for setting aside order passed by the Registrar on 18.02.2014 refusing registration of the first appeal and, for condonation of delay occurred in presenting the application. 2.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned. Order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of appeal stands quashed and set aside. Applicant shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
