The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in all these applications which appear due to their financial crises. The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications that the delay is not properly explained. The acquiring body though served but remained absent. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants for enhancement, the delay periods in all these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay. The appeals be placed for admission after removing office objections if any. Applications are disposed of. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE ) JUDGE mahajansb/
