Learned counsel for the applicant states that, if the petition is restored, the objection in that petition would be removed within a period of two week's from today. 3.

Considering the statement and the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. Delay in fling this application is condoned. Writ Petition is restored to its original fle. The applicant shall remove offce objections in the original petition within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed again without further reference to the Court. Criminal Application no. 916 of 2022 is disposed off.
