We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time. 2.

It appears that the petitioner has not fled any complaint in the Police Station nor approached to the Court by fling any private complaint. It further appears that civil suit is also pending between the parties. In view of the same, preventive action as requested by the petitioner may not be possible due to the pendency of the civil litigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner thus, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to fle a complaint in the concerned Police Station.

Leave granted.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The petitioner is always at liberty to approach the Police Station or even the Court by fling a private complaint for which no specifc liberty is required.
