Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, respondent no.2-Magandas died during the pendency of the appeal before the Honourable Minister and his legal representatives were brought on record in the pending appeal. In the writ petition, deceased Magandas came to be impleaded as party respondent.

In view of the above, there is no question of bringing the legal representatives a fresh at this stage in the pending writ petition. Legal representatives of respondent no.2 Magandas are already brought on record and there is no question of any delay in bringing the legal representatives on record. 3.

In view of the same, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B.

Issue notice to respondent nos.2A to 2C, returnable on 20.4.2018. Interim relief in writ petition, if any, to continue, till then.
