Present civil application has been filed by the applicant/insurance company for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Laxman Ganpati Phalke in the first appeal as well as for condonation of delay.

All legal heirs are present today. With the assistance of the learned counsel, we have ascertained their identity. Parties unanimously stated that there are no other legal heirs than mentioned in the civil application. Considering the said statement, reasons mentioned in the application and since the

2 ca 2588.24 matter is to be settled, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' by condoning the delay. The civil application is disposed of.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
