By order dated 22/04/2014, this Court had recorded the statement of the parties that the matter has been amicably settled and they proposed to file an affidavit in pursuance thereof. 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in this matter.

Learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 Education Institution submits a compilation of 4 pages comprising of an undertaking and an affidavit sworn by the petitioner. It is submitted that pursuant to the said affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and this petition can be disposed of. khs/NOV. 2017/2902

We have taken the compilation of documents (4 pages) on record, which are collectedly marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. 5.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in the light of the documents Exhibit "X", this petition may be disposed of. 6.
As such, by recording the statement of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 on the basis of the document Exhibit "X", the petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed of.
