Mr. Pruthviraj A. Dhakane, learned counsel, informs that he has instructions to appear for Respondent No.2.

The applicant is present before the Court. He undertakes that he would not be after the informant henceforth. Said statement is accepted as an undertaking.

The informant, twenty four years of age, is also before the Court. She has filed her affidavit giving express consent to allow this application filed for quashment of the F.I.R. and consequential charge-sheet. Close reading of the papers indicate that it was an emotional relationship turned 1 / 2

In view of above, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (C) and (C-1), subject to payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) by the applicant to the office of Government Pleader, High Court, Aurangabad for purchase of law books on condition that receipt of purchase of law books should be submitted to the Court within four weeks. 5.

Stand over to 21st July, 2023 for compliance of order. 6.

There are certain photographs of the victim in semi-nude state. Office to destroy the same immediately.
