The learned counsel Mr. A. S. Deshmukh for the appellant submits that the parties to the Family Court Appeal have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Family Court at Aurangabad in Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-347 of 2017. The settlement has been signed by both the parties as they agreed upon the terms and conditions. The parties to the settlement have also agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions of the settlement. The copy of the resolutions are taken on record and marked as ' Article X'

In view of this, the Family Court Appeal become infructuous, hence the learned counsels Mr. A. S. Deshmukh and Mr. Swapnil Patil seek withdrawal of Family Court Appeal.

Family Court Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
