The applicant is the original informant. By filing this Criminal Application, the applicant is seeking leave to compound the offence bearing crime no. I-111 of 2016 dated 22-06-2016 registered with Police Station, Khultabad, District - Aurangabad for the offences punishable under section 307, 143, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that, after filing of the chargesheet, the learned JMFC, Khultabad, has committed the case to the Sessions Court, Aurangabad and at present is it registered as Sessions Case no. 377 of 2017 pending before the Sessions Court, Aurangabad for the evidence of the prosecution. Furthermore, the charges levelled against accused persons are non-compoundable and, as such, no leave can be granted

2 Cri. Appln. 723 / 2020 to compound the said offences. This Criminal Application is misconstrued and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3.

Hence, the following order:

I) Criminal Application is hereby dismissed.
