Heard Mr.D.M.Kakade, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.R.B.Bagul, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2, and Mr.S.G.Bhalerao, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 2.

Appeal was dismissed as the applicant failed to deposit paper book charges within the period stipulated by the Court. Applicant shall deposit paper book charges within four weeks, failing which, the application shall stand dismissed. 4.

On deposit of paper book charges, the application will be deemed to be allowed and appeal will be restored to its original number.
