On 25-11-2025, the matter was listed; however, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant, and the matter was adjourned to 10-12-2025 at 04.00 am for final hearing. At that time, none appeared. Therefore, the matter was kept today under the caption 'dismissal order'.

Despite the said fact, none appeared for the appellant. Mr. N. J. Pahune Patil appeared for the respondent. 4.

It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
