The learned counsel for applicants pointed out that inadvertently the relief regarding order dated 22nd November, 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nandurbar in Summery Criminal Case Nos.1010, 1011, 1012 and 1013 of 2019, for quashing the same was not prayed for.

The learned counsel for applicants pointed out that there is pleading regarding that order in the writ petitions. The learned counsel for respondent has strong reservation. He submitted that illegal contentions are raised. It is lastly prayed to reject these applications.

Perused the applications and the pleadings in each of the case. Considering the fact that there is reference regarding the order dated 22nd November, 2019, in the interest of justice, these applications deserve to be allowed. The same are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Amendment be carried out.
