Learned APP makes a statement that during pendency of this Application, the charge-sheet is filed. Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that he is not pressing this Application and would seek liberty to file a fresh Application with reference to the charge-sheet.

Considering this request, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty. Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that even Applicant No.1 be given such liberty. In the interest of justice, Applicant No.1 is at liberty to make such an Application. It is made clear that
