Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that her tribe claim is pending with respondent no. 3 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad and the same is not decided yet. 3.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient that respondent no. 3 decides on tribe claim of petitioner, if not already decided, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Petitioner to remain present before respondent no. 3 - committee on 07-01-2019.

Till disposal of tribe claim of petitioner by respondent no. 3 - committee, no coercive action based on impugned notice dated 18/23-02-2014 be taken.
