The present civil application is filed seeking directions against respondents no. 2, 3 and 5 to declare the result of the applicant's final year B.D.S. examination and allow her to continue internship.

The caste claim of the applicant is invalidated.

Considering the fact that the applicant has appeared for final year B.D.S. examination, the respondents shall declare the result of the applicant's B.D.S. examination and in case the applicant is otherwise eligible then shall not be refrained from continuing her internship only on the ground that the caste claim is invalidated. 4.

The internship completion certificate shall not be issued until further orders of this Court. 5.

Civil Application is disposed of.
