Heard. This is second application for withdrawal of the amount under the award. The total amount of compensation under the award comes to Rs.20,00,000/-. The applicants have already been permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.8,00,000/- thereof. The challenge in the appeal is basically on the ground of quantum. A case of negligence is also sought to be made out. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/-. Hence the order :- 2.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Tribunal. The amount be transferred to the Tribunal for being paid to the applicants there. The Superintendent of the concerned Tribunal shall transmit the undertaking to this Court.
