Notice is given to the respondents. Learned counsel Shri. Nagode, representing Union of India waives notice. As relief is claimed only as against respondent No. 1 Union of India only, after hearing both the sides, the application is allowed. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to legal heirs of petitioner to come on record. Amendment is to be carried out immediately.
