The applicant - original respondent No.1 in FA No.3000 of 2008 is seeking relief of cancellation of bank guarantee and solvent security furnished by him in pursuance of the order dated 27/02/2009 in CA No.1201 of 2009, under which the amount of compensation was withdrawn. Now aforesaid frst appeal is dismissed on 15/03/2022. It was fled by the present respondent - Sugar Factory.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the aforesaid respondent -Sugar Factory has no objection for such relief. 4.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.
