DATE : 23/08/2017 PER COURT :- Heard Mr.Bachate, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

2] The admission of the petitioner for the Postal D.Ed. course is cancelled vide order dated 31/12/2005.

3] In the printed form, some clauses are tick-marked. That the admission is also cancelled after the petitioner has completed the course. This Court vide order dated 26/04/2007, had protected the employment of the petitioner.

4] This Court in Writ Petition No.610/2006, under its order dated

wp2526-07 -27/12/2010 has held that such an order could not have been passed by the authority and has set aside the said order. 5] For the reasons stated in that judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.610/2006 dated 7/12/2010, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. Rule accordingly made absolute. No costs.
