ORDER :

The application is filed by the appellant for permission to make amendment in the original reference which is decided by the Reference Court. Heard both the sides. claimant wants to make more amount towards claim of compensation. In view of the settled position of law, it is up to the Reference Court to decide as to what was the market price of the property on the date of the notification u/s. 4 of the Land Acquisition Act. This Court holds that amendment can be allowed.

In the result, the application is allowed. Applicant is allowed to make amendment as prayed in paragraph No. 6 of the application. Amendment is to be carried out prior to 11.3.2016.
