Perused the findings recorded by the trial Court in the light of the notes of evidence. Prima facie, the findings recorded by the trial Court do not appear to be in consonance with the evidence brought on record by the prosecution There are statements of the eye witnesses. There are allegations, which would attract the ingredients of Sections 406, 420 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. There are allegations by the prosecutrix that she was ravished under the pretext of marriage. 3.
