We have heard Mr. Nimbalkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for the respondent/State and Mr. Rajale, the learned counsel for the officers of the acquiring body. 2.
Affidavit is filed by Shri. Ramdas Kundalik Jagtap, Executive Engineer, Kukadi (Distribution & Construction) Division, Kolwadi, Tq. Karjat, District Ahmednagar.

It is submitted that, the petitioner has given consent for acquisition of the property through execution of sale deed. The order is also passed by the respondent No.2 to that effect. The Collector, Ahmednagar has appointed respondent No.2 as an authority to
999-CP-192-2020.odt execute the sale deed. The learned AGP submits that, the whole process would take five month's time.

Mr. Rajale, the learned counsel, on instructions of Shri. Ramdas Kundalik Jagtap, submits that, upon execution of the sale deed within 45 days, the amount of compensation as agreed would be paid to the petitioner.

Mr. Nimbalkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, submits that, the petitioner is agreeable to the execution of the sale deed and payment of compensation within 45 days thereafter. The respondents should adhere to the time stipulation.

In view of the above statements and the subsequent development as recorded above, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. 7.
