ORAL ORDER :

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.1 Collector to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioners claiming re-determination of compensation of the acquired land under Section 28(A) of the Land Acquisition Act in accordance with the provisions of law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

Writ Petition No.5897/2018 (( 2 )) 2.

On re-determination of compensation in respect of the acquired land, if the petitioners are held entitled to receive the additional amount, the same shall be disbursed by the respondents No.1 and 2 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of such determination.
