In this petition the petitioner is the student who is prosecuting her studies in BAMS course. Respondent University withheld the result under the caption that 'Hon'ble Court Ruling awaited'.

This very issue came up before us for consideration in the bunch of petitions namely writ petition No.2476/2019 and other writ petitions and on 26.02.2019 these petitions are disposed of by us with direction. Copy of the order is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Considering this fact the petition is allowed

( 2 ) wp3234.19 with direction to respondent No.4 Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously and not later than three months from the date of order of this Court. We further directed respondent No.2 University as well respondent No.3 college to declare the result of Third Year BAMS winter2018 of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to prosecute her further studies and also directed not to take any coercive action on the ground of non submission of her tribe validity certificate. On the decision of the Caste Committee, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are at liberty to take appropriate steps.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
