This is an application for condonation of delay of 128 days caused in filing present First Appeal.

Perused the application. Heard the learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the respondent no.1 strongly opposed the application and submitted that sufficient reasons for condonation of delay are not stated.

On perusal of the application, it appears that delay is not deliberately caused and therefore, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, following order:
