Once again learned Advocate holding for learned Advocate Mr. A. T. Patel for the applicant seeks adjournment. The earlier orders passed by this Court on 25.01.2022, 16.02.2022 and 28.02.2022 are clear enough. Very last chance was granted. Though last chance was granted earlier itself, still for some reason, which the learned Advocate holding for is not disclosing and when there is no compliance of the order as well as no enthusiasm shown for anticipatory bail, the application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
