The applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 28.02.2024, by deleting the portion in paragraph No.3, wherein it has been observed that "The learned counsel for respondent No.1 admits that the present appellants are in possession of the suit property".

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, he is Junior colleague and inadvertently made some statements and therefore, such observation has come on record.
