Heard the respective learned counsels for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State. 2.

It is the case that the applicants were involved in the illegal trafficking of the girls, who were artists in Tamasha. Perusal of the FIR reveals that the material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. They are behind bars for sufficient time.

Therefore, it would be inappropriate to keep them behind bar. They deserve bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Applications are allowed.

(ii) Applicant Nos.1. RANJEET RANGNATH BHOSALE and 2. PRADIP TRIMBAK MUNDE in Bail Application No.400 of 2023 and Applicant Nos.

1. MANOJ @ BABA RANGNATH KAKADE and

2. POOJA BHAGWAN SHINDE in Bail Application No.402 of 2023 be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.27 of 2023, registered by Police Station Osmanabad Rural, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370-A(2) read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, on the following conditions :

(a) They shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing the charge sheet.

(b) They shall not involve in the similar crime. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) ...
