By this application, prayer is made to permit bringing on record legal heirs of original appellant no.1-Panditrao Shankarrao Bhosale, who expired on 18.07.2013. The application is supported with the death certificate. Although there is delay of 152 days caused in filing application, elaborate reasons are given in application explaining such delay.

There is no counter to the contents of the application. 4.

Consequently, there is no impediment in allowing application. Hence, following order:
