ORAL ORDER :

Mr. Karpe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner had filed an application under Sections 11 and 25 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. The said application was allowed. The aggrieved persons filed revision. The revisional authority partly allowed the revision, setting aside the order and remanding the matter back to the original authority and the said proceedings are pending. The respondent

Writ Petition No.2835/2016 be directed to decide the said proceedings before 13.3.2016. 2.

The matter was called out yesterday i.e. on 9th March 2016. The learned A.G.P. was directed to take instructions as to within how much time the respondent No.3 would decide the said proceedings. The learned A.G.P., on instructions, states that the respondent No.3 would require about a month to decide the said proceedings, as only two days back he has received the papers after remand of the matter.

Considering the said statement, the Assistant Registrar i.e. respondent No.3 shall endeavour to dispose of the said proceedings by 8th April 2016.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
