The learned counsel appears on caveat for respondent no.2. The order passed by the Vibhagiya Sahnibhandak, Sahakari Sanstha, Nashik Vibhag, Nashik dated 01.03.2023, being an ad interim order and any observation on merits would affect the rights of the parties.

As the matter pertains to the auction of the properties there is urgency in the matter. By

2 wp 2687.2023 consent of the parties, it is hereby directed that the Vibhagiya Sahnibhandak, Sahakari Sanstha, Nashik Vibhag, Nashik to decide the appeal within a period of two (02) weeks from today i.e. latest by 20.03.2023. The parties to appear before the authority on 13.03.2023 and the final orders to be passed on or before 20.03.2023.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with above directions.
