Heard learned counsel appearing for respective parties at length.

On face of record it prima facie appears that on 15.06.2016, 18.06.2016 and 27.06.2016 the learned trial Court passed judgment and award in respective Land Acquisition References. However, thereafter the applicants filed applications for correction in awards which were decided on 08.12.2016 and certified copy of the same were received by each of the applicants on 29.12.2016. Thereafter on 06.03.2017 the appeals were filed which does not appear that there is any delay in lodging the appeals, however the applicants have filed present applications with abundant precaution. Therefore, if there is any delay it is hereby condoned. The applications for condonation of delay are hereby allowed. No order as to costs. The Registry is directed to register the first appeals and place it before the Court for further action.
