Learned counsel submits that after filing of the writ petition, fresh order of transfer is issued and the petitioner wants to bring on record all the said facts.

Mr. Dighe, the learned counsel appears for respondent No.4 and submits that order of the Tribunal is already implemented. 3.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P.

Writ petition is at nascent stage. Even otherwise, the respondents will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.
