DATE : APRIL 19, 2023 ORDER :- It is a case of misappropriation of amount deposited with the Co-operative Credit Society. Admittedly, the applicant is neither an employee nor office bearer nor on the board of Directors of the said Credit Society. There is no statement indicating any of the depositors to have paid any amount to the present applicant directly or indirectly. As such, the investigation so far made, suggests the applicant to have no role in the crime in question.

In view of the above, the interim protection grant to the applicant vide order dated 13.03.2023 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. The applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer on every alternate day from 25.04.2023 for next two weeks.
