This petition was admitted by the order dated 30.06.2006. The impugned order of externment for a period of two years dated 14.03.2006 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Hingoli has been challenged. No interim relief has been granted to the Petitioner. In the light of the above, considering the fact that no interim relief was granted against the order of externment for two years and owing to the passage of time of about 10 years, this petition, in my view, is rendered infructuous. This Criminal Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of as being infructuous. Rule is discharged.
