The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cri. M.A. No.48/2021 by the learned JMFC, Ambejogai whereby the process under Section 420, 465, 468 has been issued against the present Petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Revisional Court. The time consumed in this matter would be a good ground under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay, if any.
