We heard the learned counsel for the applicants for some time. We are not inclined to consider this criminal application for the reason that the criminal application suffers from delay and latches. Though the crime is registered in the year 2019 bearing Crime No.337 of 2019, registered with Vimantal Police Station, Nanded, for the offence punishable under Section 498A, 323, 504 and 506 r.w. 34 of IPC and the consequent charge sheet bearing No. 43 of 2020, this criminal application is fled in the year 2022 without giving the reasons about the delay. In view of the same, criminal application is hereby dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
