Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court. The allegations against the applicant are similar to accused Ravindra Shankhua. The charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, he deserves bail on parity. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SATISH TULSHIRAM HANKARE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with

930-BA.403-23.odt one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.153 of 2021, registered by Police Station Basmath City, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 463, 464, 468, 471, 473, 120-B, 201 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall mark his presence on first Sunday of each month between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. to Basmath City Police Station on phone till the conclusion of the trial and furnish his cell number to the police.

(d) The applicant shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.
