The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation Rs.1,45,959/- alongwith the interest which has been deposited by the acquiring body as per the settlement in F.A. No.4425 of 2016 before Lok-Adalat dated 08/07/2017. Further, the applicants have also produced on record legal heirship certifcate showing that they are the legal representatives of original appellant - claimant - Vitthal Baburao Gorade, issued by the concerned Civil Judge Junior Division, Sillod, District : Aurangabad. 3.

Since the amount of compensation is agreed by the rival parties in the Lok-Adalat, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the same as mentioned in clause-B alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date.
