CORAM : A. V. NIRGUDE AND V. K. JADHAV, JJ.
DATED : 2nd FEBRUARY, 2015 P.C. :- 1.
Perused the contents of both the writ petitions. It appears that the grievances raised in these petitions are almost mitigated, as this Court by passing the interim order appointed a committee headed by
wp5392.02 -2the Sub Divisional Officer, Amalner. The said committee removed the encroachments from the public roads. In view of this subsequent development, the purpose for which the petitions are filed, has been served. If at all any further grievance remains there, the same can be addressed by filing fresh writ petition/s. In the light of above observations, both these writ petitions are disposed of. Rule discharged.
2.
Pending civil applications in these writ petition/s are also disposed of.
