This petition prays for limited relief of direction to the respondents to decide representations dated 12.01.2021, 22.11.2024 and 21.01.2025 sent by the petitioner claiming rental compensation for acquisition of their houses in District - Beed. It pertains to the Majalgaon Project Reservoir.

The petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the aforesaid representations expeditiously and in any case within eight (08) weeks from today. The said respondent will also give an opportunity to the acquiring body i.e. respondent No. 5 to place its version on record.
