It is submitted that the petitioner is suspended with effect from 7.3.2011. The learned counsel for Respondents submits that from October 2014, the petitioner is paid subsistence allowance. No reason is stated for non-payment of subsistence allowance from 7.3.2011 to September 2014. The Respondents shall pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner as per Rules from 7.3.2011 till September 2014, within a period of eight weeks. 3.

It is submitted that directions are already given in other petition to decide the Revision filed by the present petitioner.

In light of that, the grievance of the petitioner assailing de novo inquiry is not considered at this stage. Liberty to the petitioner to assail the same after the decision in Revision. 5.
