The land is acquired for rehabilitation of the Adhala Irrigation Project and the acquisition occurred in 1973. The land is still being utilized for rehabilitation purpose.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
