The Petitioner submits that his representation dated 29.01.2021, for various service benefits, has not been decided by the Sate Bank of India. The said representation is at Page No. 15. The learned Advocate for the Bank submits on instructions that the said representation would be decided within 45 days. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 3.

A decision arrived at by the Bank should be communicated to the Petitioner, expeditiously. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the Bank, he would be at liberty to approach the Central Government Industrial Tribunal for the redressal of his grievance. ( Y. G.
