The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners had availed alternate remedy of approaching the competent authority i.e. the Director of Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune. A copy of representation to the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Ahmednagar is also placed on record. Learned counsel also invited our attention to the track consignment report, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification, to substantiate that the representation is reached to the Director of Marketing. In view of above submission, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition with directions to the Director of Marketing to decide the representation, as early as possible.

In view of submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with direction to the respondent No.2, the Director of Agriculture and Marketing, Pune to decide the representation dated 20.02.2019 as early as possible and not later than 16 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
