Learned counsel for parties, on instructions, state that regular civil appeal filed by present respondent no. 1 is ripe for hearing before the district court, Nanded. In the circumstances, they resile to the situation wherein there can be direction to the first appellate court to dispose of pending appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a specified period. 2.

In view of aforesaid, the first appellate court may dispose of pending appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of writ of this court.

It is made clear that present arrangement has not been disturbed and shall continue till disposal of appeal and/or for a period of four months from the date of receipt of writ of this order whichever is earlier.
