Perused record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that printing charges have not deposited by the appellant despite giving sufficient time. About five chances have been given to the appellant for removing the objection. However, no steps have been taken by the appellant to remove the objections. None is present on behalf of the appellant. There is no leave note filed by learned Advocate for the appellant for today's date. All these go to show that appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objections. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER
